Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
  • Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia
  • Respond to emergency calls and assist the ambulance team in medical services and patient transportation
Requirements
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
  • Minimum one year of ED or Critical Care experience required
  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
  • Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years
