About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Assistant to join our team at DeTar Hospital. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience.
">Responsibilities: Your duties will include assisting physicians with direct patient care, maintaining accurate patient records, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for scheduling patients for appointments and referrals, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining office supplies.
">Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year experience in direct patient care. Additionally, you should possess excellent PC skills, BLS/CPR certification, and exceptional communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills. Experience in phlebotomy and laboratory testing/specimen preparation is preferred.
