Job Description

A compassionate and dedicated individual is sought after to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Impact Healthcare LLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This part-time position involves visiting patients in the Weber and Davis areas from Monday to Friday, PM shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal care services to patients according to their care plans.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage workload effectively.
  • Accurately document patient care, including daily notes, route sheets, and other relevant information.
  • Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating courtesy, cooperation, and compassion towards patients, colleagues, and physicians.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current/Active CNA license.

Estimated Salary: $15-$20/hour
