Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in San Dimas, CA. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU/Critical Care Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, reporting outcomes to physicians and other healthcare team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- 1-3 years of experience as a Critical Care Nurse
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
