Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze requirements for complex projects using strategies such as interviews, observations, workshops, and documents.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the project scope and partner with the team and stakeholders to elaborate clear solution requirements.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and facilitate consensus between stakeholder groups.
  • Participate in PI planning projects alongside the Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure scope and delivery plans align.
  • Facilitate refinement of requirements and team estimations via elaboration and refinement sessions to ensure scrum team alignment for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work with the Product Owner to understand and communicate priority of backlog items.
  • Represent the Product Owner on project teams and provide direction to project agile teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Business, Communications, or related area preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Preferred knowledge in basic data analysis, public speaking, agile methodologies, and software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
