Job Title: Substance Abuse Counselor Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group counseling services to patients struggling with substance abuse * Develop and implement treatment plans to address the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of addiction * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients * Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans * Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient progress and treatment plans Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field * Qualifying Utah License - ASUDC, CASUDC, CASUDC-I, SUDC, CSUDC, CSUDC-I, LMHC, CMHC, LPS, LCSW, CSW, SSW or eligible Psychology graduate working towards an SSW license * Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen Benefits: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(K) * Generous paid time off and paid holidays * Excellent growth and development opportunities through our counselor career path COVID-19 Considerations: Everyone will be asked to be in compliance with the most recent COVID guidelines from CDC, State, County and City.
