Key Responsibilities:

2. Address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to higher management when necessary to maintain service quality.

3. Conduct proactive outreach to customers through sales and follow-up calls, adhering to established operational guidelines.

4. Utilize effective communication skills to clarify customer information and resolve complaints, ensuring a supportive environment.

5. Manage cash handling processes, including maintaining a secure cash drawer, processing transactions, and balancing daily receipts.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, completing required training and documentation in a timely manner.

7. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall store operations.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash management is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary for travel between locations.


Physical Requirements:

- Work environment may include retail and office settings.

- Frequent cash handling and extended periods of standing may be required.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
