The Clinical Research Nurse is a key member of our team, responsible for managing clinical trials and ensuring the integrity and quality of research studies. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements and health system policies.
- Communicate with physicians and sponsors to ensure accurate research intervention and protocol requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for patients enrolled in clinical trials.
- Ensure timely reporting to sponsors, physician-investigators, and regulatory entities.
- Coordinate disbursement of and administer protocol-provided drug therapy.
- 5+ years of inpatient nursing experience.
- ~1+ years of experience in clinical research.
- Extensive knowledge of disease states and ability to make complex decisions to provide patient-centered care.
