Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
