Loss Prevention Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Associate to join our team at Forman Mills. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor store premises for any suspicious activity and conduct regular patrols to deter theft and ensure customer safety
• Identify and apprehend shoplifters using surveillance systems and observation techniques
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report and prosecute criminal activities
• Train and educate store staff on loss prevention strategies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare detailed reports for management
