Vascular Access Nurse

Atrium Health Charlotte is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Vascular Access Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing vascular access devices in patients across our entire AH Main campus.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
