We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Railbike Adventure Guide. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Position DetailsTracks and Yaks specializes in providing unique railbike tours along the scenic Maryland and Delaware Railroad. Our custom-designed railbikes, which accommodate 2 to 4 passengers, allow for an exciting exploration of the tracks that are currently inactive for train use.
As a guide, you will play a crucial role in delivering an enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for sharing interesting historical insights and fun facts about the area during the tours.
Physical RequirementsCandidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and should be comfortable pedaling consistently while collaborating with teammates on the lead bike.
Work EnvironmentThis position primarily involves outdoor work, and tours will proceed in various weather conditions, except during extreme weather events.
