  • Responsibilities include managing project teams, superintendents, accounting, and administrative staff; pre-construction review and coordination with ownership and design teams; bidding as necessary amongst the project team; creating, managing, and updating project schedules; enforcing site safety rules; analyzing blueprints to ensure construction meets specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction management, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (not required but preferred), and proven experience working as a Project Manager.

With excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, this candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
