**Position Overview**

NHC HomeCare Laurens is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a home care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise and participate in the application of physical therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or diseases.
* Coordinate and supervise physical therapy services, including the establishment of short-term and long-term goals for patients.
* Evaluate, plan, and supervise treatments and programs, including the instruction of physical therapy staff in their delegated functions.
* Maintain patient care records, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

**Requirements**

* Graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy as accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
* Licensed or registered under the statutes of the state in which the physical therapist will be practicing.
* One year's experience in a supervisory role preferred.
* Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred.
