We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. This is a full-time, rotating shift position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Collaborate with the nurse manager and director to address staffing needs and support market nursing initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- One year of telemetry experience, with CCRN certification preferred
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification, with ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
