Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team in Bogot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring social media campaigns, implementing optimizations to achieve key KPIs, and providing clients with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on campaign results.

• Manage and monitor social media campaigns, implementing optimizations to achieve key KPIs.
• Provide clients with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on campaign results.
• Offer valuable insights to your teams Account Manager.
• Support the Account Manager in client meetings.
• Develop media plan proposals and cost estimations.
• Conduct account audits.
• Stay updated on industry news and trends.

• You have an in-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem.
• You have an international mindset (C1 level or higher) and can communicate fluently in English (both spoken and written).
• You have 1 or more years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest (experience with other global or local platforms is a plus).
• You have knowledge of digital advertising and are passionate about new technologies, advancements in tools, and development techniques.
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy managing data.
• You are a strategic thinker and goal-oriented.
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic hands-on approach.
