Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning.
  • Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.
  • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
  • Record, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms and ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.
  • Complete required Housekeeping paperwork and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
