About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Presbyterian Homes & Services. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily living activities (ADLs) as scheduled, assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their dignity is maintained.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the care team.
  • Transfer and assist residents with mobility using various methods, including gait belts and mechanical lifts.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required for Long Term Care positions.
  • Experience in caregiving preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Commitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
