Job Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Consultant to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and customer relationship skills, along with proficient service writing abilities.


Each day presents new challenges in our bustling automotive service center. You will be tasked with various responsibilities, including responding to customer inquiries and managing essential documentation.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability

- Guarantee that repairs and maintenance tasks are executed promptly

- Supervise daily operations of the service department

- Oversee the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

- A minimum of two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is essential. Experience as an automotive service manager is preferred

- In-depth understanding of automotive technology, service technician duties, and repair services is required
