We are seeking a dedicated room attendant to uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction at StayAPT Suites. The primary role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in guest accommodations and shared spaces. Key responsibilities include tidying guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas, making beds, handling laundry, ironing linens, and performing various cleaning tasks as directed. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for cleanliness, teamwork, and exceptional organizational skills.
Compensation:$14 - $15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Address general inquiries from guests during their stay
- Keep a record of cleaned rooms, and report any lost items or necessary repairs
- Perform vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, polishing furniture, restocking toiletries, and laundry as required
- Prepare and arrange hotel rooms according to our established standards before guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas such as the hotel lobby, hallways, and public restrooms
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and methods
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
