We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and effective patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in South Dakota required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Competitive hourly rate: $26.25 - $39.25 per hour.
