Opportunity for Board Certified Plastic Surgeons

Henry Ford Health, a leading academic institution in Southeast Michigan, is seeking two board eligible/certified Plastic Surgeons to join its expanding practice at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and Henry Ford Medical Center - Fairlane in Dearborn.

This position offers a broad spectrum of plastic surgery opportunities, including arthroscopy, hand and wrist surgery, and the potential for academic appointments through Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine.

The successful candidate will have access to state-of-the-art surgical equipment, opportunities to train medical students, residents, and fellows, and a supportive staff of nurses, APPs, and medical assistants.

As a member of the Henry Ford Medical Group, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in over 40 specialties and participate in teaching and research opportunities.

The position offers a competitive salary with incentives based on productivity and aesthetic surgery, as well as fully paid malpractice with tail coverage, long-term disability, and affordable family medical benefits.

Qualifications include board certification in Plastic Surgery, with board eligible candidates required to be certified within the first three years of employment. A Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Surgery of the Hand is preferred.
