As a Nurse Supervisor at Seaford Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will lead and guide the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff
  • Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred
  • One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred
