• Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
• Showcasing CDJR vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and answering customer inquiries.
• Conducting test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Negotiating pricing and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
