Job Title: Physical Therapist Travel Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Monroe, Georgia.

Job Description:

This is a 13-week travel Physical Therapist position with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist and possess strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding Physical Therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience as a PT preferred.
  • Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
