Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Prosperity Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate the online teller terminal, maintaining accurate records and balancing cash daily.
  • Offer bank products and services to meet customer needs, strengthening relationships and promoting the bank's reputation.
  • Assist area personnel, complete required reports, and maintain a clean and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.
  • Previous Teller experience preferred.
  • Good communication, math, and typing skills.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
Working Conditions

Monday-Friday: Flexible

40 hours
