Key Responsibilities:
  • Take vital signs and assist with patient interviews and care processes
  • Support providers with treatments, delivery, and transport of patients
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and patient record maintenance
  • Disinfect and clean patient rooms after each visit
  • Assist with explaining treatment options to patients and their families
  • Change sutures and dressings as needed
  • Assist physicians during exams and procedures
  • Monitor supplies and inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, with a focus on medical assisting or CNA
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for patient care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments
