About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DocGo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to adult and pediatric patients with chronic and complex conditions.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for gathering patient history and physical exams, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing vaccinations, wound care, and other medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Administer vaccinations and medications to patients
  • Monitor patient progress and vital signs
  • Recognize and treat medical conditions using appropriate techniques and equipment
  • Prepare and submit patient reports within 24 hours of consultation
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure system sanitation and quality assurance standards
Requirements
  • Current NY LPN license
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and vulnerable populations
  • Fluency in Spanish language preferred
