In this role, you will:

  • Design and maintain multiple secure, resilient, and highly available Kubernetes clusters to support critical operations across various environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and capabilities based on thorough research and understanding of on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with established standards throughout the development process.
  • Utilize cutting-edge cloud technologies to enhance client environments by implementing innovative cloud capabilities.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to create cloud-based solutions that address evolving client needs.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining systems integration tools, particularly Kubernetes and related technologies.
  • Experience in building bare-metal Kubernetes clusters using services such as CoreDNS and NGINX.
  • Proficiency in application development and migration within cloud-native environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong skills in writing automation scripts and utilizing Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
  • Familiarity with systems monitoring and analytics at the container level.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management technologies.
  • A TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to conduct automated testing to identify and rectify system integration issues.
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications in Kubernetes administration or application development.
