RN Vascular Access Day Shift Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Vascular Access Team at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and sign on bonus.
Job SummaryThe RN will provide high-quality patient care as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. Our ideal candidate has experience working in a hospital setting and is proficient in providing safe and compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care for patients with vascular access needs.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and standards of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including progress notes and medication records.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical or cardiovascular unit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
