Teller Associate

We are looking for a skilled Teller Associate to join our team at Marquette Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, developing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers
• A high level of interpersonal skills necessary to represent the bank in a positive fashion in dealing with customer/teller transactions
• Capability to relate and empathize with other people and maintain a friendly cheerful demeanor throughout the day
• Possess detailed knowledge of all backroom teller balancing and remittance procedures
• Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations; adhering to the Bank's internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies.
• Have complete knowledge of the vault teller procedures
• May assist other tellers in balancing daily transactions
• Sells License Plate stickers and Money Grams
• May assist in opening and closing of facilities
