Deliver Exceptional Dining Experiences

As a Server at Outback Steakhouse, you will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to every guest. Your goal is to create a memorable experience, exceeding customer expectations with friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of our menu, recommending and upselling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with food preparation, checking orders for accuracy, and reviewing with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and WOWing customers.
  • Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
  • For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
