**Job Summary**

At Six Flags, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assess guest demeanor and identify situations that require attention from leadership or security.
  • Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests.
  • Verify the legal drinking age of guests through photo identification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setup and closing duties.
  • Transport supplies to the bar area as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous bartending or food service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures is required.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Creative candidate who can develop new themed drink concepts.
  • Must be willing to obtain TABC certification.

**Additional Requirements**

  • Ability to comply with our grooming code, which prohibits facial jewelry, extreme haircuts/styles, colors, and visible tattoos on or above the neck.
