The Residential Caregiver/Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents, working collaboratively with our clinical team to create a pleasant and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and services to residents, as directed by the departmental director or supervisor.
- Assist the clinical team with non-nursing duties to ensure a high-quality care experience.
- Work diligently to ensure every resident receives excellent dining experiences with each meal.
- Advocate for the resident's needs and preferences, promoting a person-centered care approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.
