At Winn-Dixie, we're looking for an experienced and friendly Meat Associate to join our team. As a Meat Associate at Winn-Dixie, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic retail environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing continuous attention to customer needs and exceeding their expectations;
  • Greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner;
  • Offering product suggestions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions;
  • Stocking and rotating department products to ensure freshness and quality;
  • Operating department equipment and tools safely and efficiently;
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
