Job Summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
