Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support store initiatives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
