Nail Tech Job Description

At Omni Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Nail Tech to join our team at the Idlewild Spa. As a Nail Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and sterilization procedures.
  • Support the implementation of Omni Safe and Clean protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage time effectively, ensuring treatments are completed on schedule and procedures are followed accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of nail services and products, educating guests on their benefits and features.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and available for use.
  • Promote the spa, treatments, and services to guests, highlighting programs and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Participate in training and staff meetings, staying up-to-date with new treatments and products.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain client and spa business confidentiality/privacy at all times.
Requirements:
  • Nail or Cosmetology License
  • 1-year minimum experience in nail therapy
  • Compliance with State Board sanitation/sterilization procedures
  • Meticulous cuticle cleanup and overall finish work
  • Team player
  • Responsible and dependable
  • High personal standards and values
  • Excellent client care and attention to detail
  • Ability to update technical skills through ongoing training
  • Effective communicator
