- Conducting comprehensive nutrition evaluations and follow-up assessments for at-risk individuals.
- Creating and updating personalized nutritional care plans, ensuring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and family care conferences to discuss resident care.
- Supervising meal service and delivery to residents, ensuring adherence to dietary regulations and physician orders.
- Managing the resident nourishment program.
- Completing designated sections of the Minimum Data Set.
- Providing guidance and support to other hospitality staff as required.
