As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software and firmware for our range of embedded Single Board Computer and Sensor Processing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Embedded Software: Create technical solutions in an embedded software environment, including firmware, device drivers, Board Support Packages (BSPs), and Software Development Kits (SDKs) associated software components for use with supported OS's, such as Linux, Windows, and Real-Time OS's such as VxWorks.
  • Lead Technical Troubleshooting: Display strong troubleshooting/debug skills and ability to mentor other engineers in areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering Team: Support global engineering team with participation in review process and work with global engineering leaders to continuously refine the engineering process.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer requirements are met, and milestones are achieved to the committed schedule.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field, with 10+ years of software experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working in an embedded software environment, strong experience in C programming, driver development, scripting (e.g., bash scripting), problem-solving, and creative solution-building skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work successfully in a team environment, and understanding and interest in applying embedded software and electronic hardware to military and aerospace products.
