Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Team Leader to join our team at Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehab Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the nursing care of residents within our skilled nursing setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning and implementing the nursing care of residents
  • Supervise the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and supportive staff members
  • Participate in resident and family teaching
  • Maintain role as a resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission

Requirements:


  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Current Licensed Registered Nurse in State of New York
  • Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Vision: Ability to see and read documents and charts
