Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at CrossMed Allied. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. This is a travel position, and you will have the opportunity to work in various locations and gain valuable experience in different healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
