The Surgical Trauma Critical Care Unit at UNC Medical Center is a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma certified unit that specializes in the care of critically injured trauma and surgical patients. We serve a variety of surgical patients, including transplant, plastics, oncology, obstetrics, gynecology, gastrointestinal, and orthopedics.
Responsibilities- Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
- Coordinates and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
- Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and others.
We offer a competitive salary range of $33.88-$47.91 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Our ideal candidate will have one year of nursing experience and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. They will also possess Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
