A Service Technician Trainee works alongside a Lead Technician to acquire the necessary skills to qualify as a certified Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply effective vehicle maintenance techniques
- Pursue ASE certifications
- Execute repair tasks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clear communication within the team and department
- Promptly report any safety concerns
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
Requirements:
- No previous automotive experience required
- Receive comprehensive paid training and certification opportunities
- Participate in dealer-sponsored training programs
Licenses & Certifications:
- Achieve ASE Certifications
- Possess a valid Driver's License
