Executive Director

About the Role:

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, including management of fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead the facility management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of facility operations, including setting priorities and job assignments.
• Facility Operations: Monitor delivery of nursing care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility, and ensure resident needs are being addressed.
• Customer Service: Exhibit positive customer service both to internal and external customers through the ongoing support and implementation of the Company's Health and Rehabilitation Services customer service initiatives and business objectives.
• Performance Management: Utilize survey information to address areas of importance as defined by our customers and ensure consultants and other support resources are appropriately utilized.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Maintain a high level of interdepartmental teamwork and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Licensure: Currently licensed as Nursing Home Administrator in state of practice
• Experience: Completion of the company EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Skills: Experience in performance management and effective leadership, with the ability to travel, including overnight stays.
