Position Title: Executive Director
Location: Houston (Magnolia), TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary: The Executive Director will take charge of the strategic direction and operational oversight of the facility. This position necessitates a background in working with young individuals and managing substance use disorder programs in a residential context.
Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver visionary leadership and strategic guidance.
- Oversee daily operations while ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Develop and manage the budget to maintain financial health.
- Guarantee the provision of high-quality care and support for staff.
- Foster community relationships and advance program initiatives.
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in leadership positions within substance use treatment or behavioral health.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Certifications: Relevant professional licenses or certifications are preferred.
- Primarily office-based within the facility.
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary.
