About the Job

In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients in a classified environment. The shifts are 12 hours long, alternating between 3 and 4 days per week, with the possibility of both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide timely solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and issues.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with help desk software.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
