About the Role:- Lead a team of registered nurses and patient care technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services.
- Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and monitoring patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
