">In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments. You will also work closely with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy, and provide personalized services to our guests.
">To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service. You will also require a minimum of 1-2 years of hotel industry experience, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
">This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour. The schedule will include 40 hours per week, with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

About the Role:
">- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, including handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments, including updating computer systems and filing paperwork
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy
- Upsell additional facilities and services, such as breakfast and room upgrades
- Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, providing personalized services and recommendations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel amenities, services, and policies
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years of hotel industry experience, preferably in a front desk or reception role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with hotel reservations software, such as Choice Advantage, an asset
