Custodial Worker

Job Title: Janitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Management and Training Corporation. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the grounds and interior of the facility by removing and disposing of litter and debris
* Perform general labor and maintain facility appearance by cleaning hallways, dining area, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility as assigned
* Lift, carry, open, and unpack boxes using a hand truck or dolly, if necessary
* Move furniture, strip, refinish and buff floors, which requires lifting over 50 lbs. and requires long periods of walking and standing

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* One (1) year of general janitorial experience or related experience preferred
* Must successfully complete required preservice training
* Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management
